Importing & Segmenting

Summary & Important Points to note from the above video:

  1. Create a separate custom field in CRM module of your AppsMeet pannel

  2. Create a CSV File

    • Excel file or google sheet should have a separate column named Segment

    • export/save the file in csv format

  3. Upload it in the contacts tab

  4. Go to segments tab

  5. Click on add new segment and filter it with the name you've given in your csv file.

  6. So the segment is created!

Note: If you are scheduling any bulk campaign, then you need to use "Chat Name" as a variable whenever you want to pass the customer name from import file.
